Job Vacancy For Accountant

We are seeking a competent and trustworthy Accountant to manage the finances of three growing businesses:





• A kids salon,


• A restaurant, and


• An AC services company.





If you have strong bookkeeping skills, can work independently, and are ready to help build profitable businesses, we want to hear from you!





Responsibilities:





• Maintain accurate daily records of income and expenses across all businesses


• Prepare monthly profit & loss statements and financial reports


• Monitor and control operating expenses (e.g., stock, fuel, salaries)


• Manage payroll and staff payments


• Track customer payments and debts, and follow up on collections


• Prepare and file taxes (GRA, SSNIT) on time


• Support inventory tracking for the salon and restaurant


• Advise on budgeting, cash flow, and cost-saving strategies


• Recommend ways to improve financial performance





Qualification Required & Experience





Requirements:





• Minimum HND or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field


• Proficient in Excel or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Wave)


• At least 2 years of accounting experience (hospitality or service business is a plus)


• Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented


• Must live around Adenta or Madina





Salary: GHS 2,000 – GHS 3,000 per month (gross salary)





Location: Accra (preferably near Adenta or Madina)
