Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial information The Accountant will work closely with the various departments to support the financial operations of the company and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Job Description/Requirements
- ACCA Level 2 or equivalent with minimum 3-4 years working experience
- Knowledge of tax laws
- Preparation of accounts for audit as and when required
- Preparation of payroll / bookkeeping / data processing
- Reconciliation of banks and petty cash
- Computer literate: MS Office/ Word / Excel is compulsory
- Must have accounting software knowledge preferably Tally
- Must be fluent in English reading and writing
- Report to Finance Manager
- Must be available to commence employment within 30days
- Reconcile bank statements and and ensure all discrepancies are addressed promptly.
- Perform regular reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial records by conducting periodic audits.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and report variances.
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
- Process invoices, payments and express reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
- Assist with payroll processing including calculating employee wages, deductions and benefits.
- Maintain employee payroll records and resolve any payroll related issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Navigation skills and proficiency using navigation applications to find delivery locations.
- Time management and organizational skills to keep track of activities and stay on schedule.
- Strong attention to details.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
