Job Summary

We are looking for a competent and highly organized HR Admin Supervisor to join our company. Your duty in this role will be to collaborate with the management and Lead HR Representative to ensure all daily HR-related activities and processes run smoothly. These include managing work distribution, correspondence, and recruitment scheduling. This position is also accountable for record-keeping, the proper development and implementation of staff policies, and the consistent maintenance of employee programs and initiatives.

Job Description/Requirements

Job Description:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Assisting with job postings, screenings applications, arranging interviews and onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Records: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records including personal files, HR databases and HRIS data.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Processing payroll managing benefits programs and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Leave Management: Tracking and managing employee absences, including sick leave, vacation time and other types of leave.
  • Performance Management: Supporting the performance review process, including scheduling reviews and preparing documentation.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures and employment laws.
  • Training and Development: Assisting with the administration of training programs and employee development initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar;
  • At least 3 years’ experience in related field
  • Good command in spoken and written English
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and wide understanding on social issued;
  • Good at presentation skills and able to work independently;
  • Able to work under pressure to meet deadline;
  • Good in management and leadership skill;
  • Punctual deadline-oriented;
  • Open minded.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing duties.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
