Role Description The Housekeeping Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at Château NaNa Willine in Accra. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms, bathrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Daily tasks include making beds, changing linens, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, replenishing amenities, and ensuring laundry is processed efficiently and correctly. The Housekeeping Specialist will inspect rooms for quality, report maintenance issues, and follow safety and hygiene protocols in line with hotel standards. The role also involves responding to guest requests in a professional manner, supporting other team members during busy periods, and contributing to a welcoming, culturally rich environment for all guests.
Qualifications

• Strong housekeeping skills, including room cleaning, sanitizing, and attention to detail.
• Experience with laundry operations, such as washing, drying, ironing, and organizing linens.
• Customer service and communication skills to interact respectfully and effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to receive and provide training, follow standardized procedures, and adapt to new methods.
• Previous experience in hospitality or boutique hotel environments is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic health, safety, and hygiene standards in housekeeping.
• Reliability, time management skills, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights throughout shifts.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
