Job Summary
The Head of HR is responsible for leading and managing the overall human resources function across SuCasa, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. This role is central to building a strong corporate culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and aligning HR strategy with the company’s mission and goals.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and systems across the organization.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for all departments.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluation frameworks.
- Oversee salary structures, payroll coordination, and employee benefit programs.
- Address employee grievances, lead disciplinary processes, and ensure conflict resolution procedures are followed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR best practices, and internal codes of conduct.
- Supervise HR data management, records, contracts, and employee files.
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including training, succession planning, and talent management.
- Prepare HR reports and insights for executive decision-making.
- Serve as the liaison between staff, management, legal, and regulatory bodies on employment matters.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s Degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 6 years’ progressive HR experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Deep knowledge of labor law, HR compliance, and compensation strategies.
- Strong experience with performance management systems and HRIS/ERP platforms.

Salary Range: GHS 5,000 – GHS 10,000
