HEAD OF CREDIT

Responsibilities:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics,
• Risk Management, Agric Business or equivalent with a minimum of ten
• (10) years banking experience; five (5) years of which should have been in credit operations on a management grade in any bank. A post graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting or a professional certification in Banking, Finance, Risk Management.
• Accounting will be an added advantage.

In service Entry

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Risk Management, Agric Business or equivalent with a minimum of ten (10) years banking experience; three (3) years of which should have been in credit operations on the grade of Deputy Head of Credit.
• A post graduate degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Accounting or a professional certification in Banking, Finance, Risk Management or
• Accounting will be an added advantage.
• Very good staff performance appraisal report.

Skills and Competencies:

• Must be computer literate, and proficient in the use of Temenos 24 (T24) banking application software.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proven experience in supervision, practical accounting and reconciliations.
• In-depth understanding of credit management principles and practices.
• Consciousness about internal controls and strong supervisory skills.
• Ability to produce qualitative and quantitative reports.
