Job Summary

A leading educational institution is seeking a Head of Admissions & Marketing to oversee and lead the admissions and marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving student recruitment and marketing efforts to meet enrollment targets, increase brand awareness, and enhance the Institutions reputation.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the institution's marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and attract prospective students.
  • Lead the admissions team in managing the recruitment process from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring that enrollment targets are met.
  • Work closely with academic departments to ensure that admissions standards and policies are clearly communicated to prospective students.
  • Develop and manage relationships with relevant stakeholders, such as agents, education fairs, and other relevant organizations.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to ensure the institution is competitive.
  • Oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media, and other promotional materials.
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to reach prospective students through social media and other digital channels.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensure that all marketing efforts are cost-effective, and provide a return on investment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in admissions and marketing.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a marketing or admissions position in a higher educational institution, with at least 2 years experience in a leadership role.
  • A strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, with experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in managing a team and motivating staff to achieve targets.
  • Knowledge of admissions policies and procedures in a higher educational setting.
  • Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing budgets and delivering projects on time.
