- Experience Length:2 years
- Drive retention and growth among our customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed;
- Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers & be a “trusted advisor” to enable clients to use the SmartDreamers platform to achieve their business objectives;
- Deliver and communicate ROI for our customers, throughout the customer lifecycle: business reviews, QBRs, 1:1;
- Represent the “voice of the customer” within the company - to provide input into every core product, marketing, and sales process;
- Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers -> ensure proper training of customer as well as the adoption of features that will ensure the realization of value;
- +2 years of experience in customers success (SaaS industry);
- Hands-on experience in digital technologies;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented;
- Fluent written and spoken English;
- Digital Marketing skills are a plus;
- Comfort in a startup environment as we move quickly and wear many hats.
