Job Description/Requirements
Candidate's duties and responsibilities include:
- Identify and develop potential groups
- Appraise and evaluate group loan customers
- Submit credit applications to credit head
- Monitor and grow loan portfolio
- Work with clients to identify their financial goals
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers who have delinquent loans.
- Market bank products to individuals and firms, promoting bank services that may meet customers' needs.
- Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
