Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction site operations, including planning, coordination, and supervision of projects
- Manage construction team, including site managers, engineers, supervisors, and labourers
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor site safety, health, and environmental compliance
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors
- Manage procurement, logistics, and inventory
- Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and conflicts
- Drive quality control and assurance processes
- Prepare and submit progress reports, forecasts, and other documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 3- 5 years’ experience in construction management
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and budget
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Ghanaian construction regulations and standards
- Proficiency in relevant software
