Job summary

The Board seeks an accomplished executive to assume full operational leadership as General Manager with a pathway to appointment as Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director. The successful candidate will own the P&L, strengthen governance, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a scalable institution independent of founder involvement.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & P&L Leadership

  • Deliver Board strategy.
  • Own P&L and profitability.
  • Drive growth and operational excellence.
  • Identify new markets and partnerships.

Commercial & Revenue Leadership

  • Scale wallet and OTC businesses.
  • Lead revenue strategy.
  • Strengthen customer acquisition and retention.
  • Commercialize new products.

Regulatory, Risk & Compliance

  • Maintain compliance with Act 1154.
  • Oversee AML/KYC/CTF frameworks.
  • Manage enterprise risk and governance.
  • Engage regulators and banking partners.

Financial & Treasury

  • Lead budgeting and forecasting.
  • Manage treasury and liquidity.
  • Oversee audits and reporting.
  • Optimize cost efficiency.

People & Organization

  • Build executive leadership team.
  • Implement performance management.
  • Develop succession plans.
  • Promote accountability and innovation.

Board & Stakeholders

  • Prepare Board reports.
  • Execute Board resolutions.
  • Manage investors and partners.
  • Represent the company externally.

  • Achieve sustainable revenue growth and profitability.
  • Maintain strong regulatory standing.
  • Expand institutional client portfolio.
  • Increase wallet users and transaction volumes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree; MBA/Master's preferred.
  • 5+ years leadership with 5+ years in executive management.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, payments, crypto or financial services.
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership.
