Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk to manage manage the reception area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and handling basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of the Fast Food Restaurant operations.
- Minimum Qualification : Diploma
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Be punctual to work and handle the restaurant direct order call number and WhatsApp number.
- Track the customer history with restaurant, give feedback to customer management on every order and complaints.
- Greet guests at the door and seat them.
- Supervise the waiting staff and help with lunch or dinner services
- Nurture frequent diners to boost customer retention
- Serve guests to the restaurant's standards and maintain a comfortable dining environment.
- Inform the kitchen and waiting staff of any food requirements, complaints or changes to orders.
- Maintain stock of necessary beverages and condiments at the bar.
- Ensure guests stay safe and orderly within the restaurant
- Clean tables and other surfaces
- Deal with supplier contracts for stock and inventory
- Enforce restaurant standards
- Working hours is 6hrs daily
- The ideal candidate is subject to leave
- Salary range is GH 800 - 1000 cedi's
Qualifications & Requirements:
- You must live not far away from restaurant for easy transportation.
- Welcoming Smiling face.
- Proof of experience customer service.
- College Degree.
- 1-2 years in customer service (hospitality or food service preferred).
- One meal daily.
