Job summary
To manage the reception, provide exceptional customer service to walk-ins, and support the sales team through documentation and follow-ups.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for walk-in customers and inbound phone inquiries.
- Lead Management: Man the company email inbox; ensure queries are channeled to the right department.
- Sales Documentation: Prepare and send Pro Forma invoices and follow up with customers on pending orders.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate customer and visitor logs.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Response Time: 100% of emails/inquiries acknowledged within 2 hours.
- Conversion Support: Percentage of Pro Forma invoices converted to confirmed orders through follow-up.
- Invoicing Accuracy: Zero errors in document preparation.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, reception, or sales administration.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel); excellent written and verbal communication.
- Attributes: High level of organization; professional, welcoming, yet assertive.
