Location: Ako-Adjei Osu

GHC1,000 per month with at least TWO solid years experience with references or GHC800 with no experience

Preference for candidates who live in the Osu, Labone, Cantonments, Labadi, Teshie environs

• Opening set up and closing executed according to company requirements
• Delivering Sai trained customer experience at every opportunity
• Cleaning all glasses and cutlery
• Deliver best customer experience by answering questions about food and drinks, informing them of wines available by the glass, country, vintage and grape, plus suggested food and wine pairings
• Take orders to kitchen staff and notify them on any special requests or dietary requirements
• Liaising with clients for events
• Liaising with contractors
• Prepare table and deliver food to customers in a timely manner and attend to the needs of our customers throughout the dining process
• Promote add on sales including additional dishes and drinks
• Manage reservations
• Issue bills and receive payments
• Knowledge and execution of all drinks on menu including knowing the right glass to use
• Manage stock inventory
