Food and Beverages Staff

Key Responsibilities:

•  Ensure daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Support the implementation of service standards and ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely food delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring service staff to maintain high service quality.
• Ensure proper setup and cleanliness of dining areas and service stations.
• Support the planning and execution of events, banquets, and special promotions.
• Monitor costs and help control expenses to meet departmental budget targets.
• Compile reports on food and beverage sales, customer feedback, and staff performance.

Requirements and Skills:

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, or a related field..
• Proven work experience as a waiter, waitress, cook and kitchen aid.
• Must have a culinary background if the person is an SHS graduate and good at creating menus.
• Excellent customer service, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
