Finance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, manage petty cash, and maintain accurate records of receipts and financial transactions.
• Reconcile daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly transactions, including bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and assist in annual statutory reporting and external audits.
• Support the preparation of budgets and quarterly returns for the National Insurance Commission (NIC).
• File and process withholding tax payments in compliance with GRA requirements.
• Resolve financial discrepancies between departments such as Customer Service and Sales.
• Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure all records are up-to-date and audit- ready

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–4 years of finance/accounting experience; insurance experience preferred.
• Progress toward ICAG, ACCA, or CIMA certification is an advantage.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.
• Knowledge of Ghanaian tax and insurance regulations.
