Job Summary

We are seeking a Finance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance. The role demands a strategic thinker who can guide financial decision-making and ensure the company remains financially sound while meeting its growth targets.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage the company’s annual budget and financial forecasts.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Monitor cash flow, investments, and overall financial health of the business.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise the accounts team, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and reconciliation of accounts.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions.
  • Develop financial models and perform risk analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement robust internal controls.
  • Advise senior management on financial planning, performance, and potential areas of risk.
  • Oversee payroll, invoicing, payables, and receivables processes.


Requirements & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
  • A minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in financial management or similar roles.
  • Professional certification (e.g., ICA, ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Ghanaian tax laws, IFRS, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, Tally, or Sage.
  • Maintain and upgrade financial systems and processes as needed.
  •  Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
