Overall
- Improving the impact, and understanding, of financial reporting on business performance
- Providing analysis and delivering insight that links financial reports to business strategies and trends
- Providing effective commercial procedures, or initiating change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered
- Conduct procedural changes to affect efficient and progressive change so that sales targets, departmental and business targets are met.
- Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams
- Advice on new and current investment activities across the group
- Document policies and procedures for central and local businesses so as to streamline efficiencies in terms of financial deliverables,
- Project manage and implement change in all financial aspects of the group from automation of consolidation tools, shareholder reporting formats, monthly reporting and other.
- Systems implementation and development with focus on integration of financial systems to CRM, BI and shareholder reports as well as maintenance and updating these.
- Consolidate, implement and the regular update of group Transfer pricing policies across businesses and regions. Ensure localized and in accordance with international standards.
- Prepare budget and forecast overview and presentation to be shared with relevant stakeholders and updating thereof with all new iterations and changes.
- Link operational processes / site information to and finance data
- Drive group reporting, budgeting and forecast processes according to needs of stakeholders and shareholders
- Implement and manage process improvements, such as automation of financial reporting

- Monthly reporting of financial health of the business

Requirements:
The Ideal candidate should successfully showcases the following:
- Min. 5 years of highly relevant work experience, with strong track record in business finance partnering and or FP&A
- Business degree is a must; MBA or CA/CPA of advantage
- Good business acumen: capacity to translate business strategy into financial strategy; solid understanding of digital businesses an added advantage
- Strong conceptual, analytical and interpersonal skills are a must
- A passion for Finance and disruptive digital concepts
