Role Overview
We are seeking two (2) energetic and high-integrity Field Sales Executives to drive sales across fuel marts, mini-marts, and supermarkets. Candidates must reside in or near Madina/Adenta/Haatso or Ashaiman/Tema.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, visit, and sell products directly to fuel marts, mini-marts, and retail stores in assigned territories.
- Build strong relationships with store owners to close deals and secure orders.
- Log daily sales activities and client visits using an Android smartphone.
- Meet daily and weekly field sales targets.
Key Requirements
- Education: Minimum SHS Certificate.
- Experience: Proven track record in field sales or retail acquisition.
- Technical: Must own a functional Android phone and be comfortable using mobile apps.
- Key Traits: Strong persuasion skills, high trustworthiness, and high credibility.
Working Hours & Location
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Locations:
- Madina, Adenta, Haatso & environs
- Ashaiman, Tema & environs
