Job Summary

We are searching for an applied field officers to evaluate our current programs, using insights obtained to steer and supervise the deployment of new programs. The field officer will be required to construct evaluative frameworks, liaise with stakeholders on the ground, and then devise data-driven undertakings that fully align with our stated aims. You should engage in this iterative endeavor with precision to promote beneficence. To ensure success as a field officer, you should maintain a trustworthy presence among our program’s beneficiaries. Invariably, an excellent field officer will substantiate new concepts with all requisite field data.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of field operations, including onsite installations, lifecycle support, and inventory control
  • Develop standard procedures for collecting and recording field data, maintaining detailed records of all inventory and assets, and assuring delivery schedules are met
  • Assist in strategic growth, business development, and monitoring market needs and trends for new products
  • Develop, maintain, and update functional policies and procedures to ensure an efficient, safe, and cost effective operation
  • Develop, implement, and maintain budgets
  • Develop and maintain excellent relations with partners, vendors, and customers
  • Oversee all project preparation, material preparation and installation, and jobsite safety
  • Coordinate onsite installation activities with installation teams and subcontractors
  • Oversee all field activities, from installation to end of lifecycle support
  • Conduct and document quality assurance and safety inspections throughout the construction process, assuring working environment is maintained at acceptable levels
  • Maintain and improve quality of customer service by managing and developing relationships with customers
  • Provide assistance to clients on how to use company products
  • Assist in business development by counseling customers on coverage options
  • Solicit new business and maintain existing customer relationships
  • Manage the day-to-day operations on the field
  • Prepare correspondence and reports
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with staff, customers, and vendors


Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, or a minimum of 2 years experience in sales, marketing, or field sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent management, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn
