Field Loan Officer (Male)

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and mobilize potential clients for loan products.
• Conduct background checks and credit assessments of applicants.
• Perform field visits for client assessment, loan disbursement, and repayment monitoring.
• Educate clients on loan terms, repayment schedules, and financial responsibility.
• Ensure timely collection of loan repayments and follow up on defaulters.
• Maintain accurate records of loan applications, disbursements, and repayments.
• Prepare regular reports on loan performance and client feedback.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum of WASSCE, HND, or a Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
• Must be male (role-specific requirement due to the field's nature).
• Must have strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Driving skills are highly desirable (possessing a valid driving license is an advantage).
• Must be trustworthy, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Prior experience in loan recovery, microfinance, or fieldwork will be an added advantage.
