Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Executive Chauffeur role based in Accra, with some work-from-home flexibility for scheduling and administrative tasks. The Executive Chauffeur will provide safe, reliable, and discreet transport for executives, VIP clients, and guests, ensuring punctuality, professional conduct, and excellent customer service at all times. Daily responsibilities include planning and following optimal routes, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and readiness, performing basic vehicle checks, and coordinating pick-up and drop-off times with the operations or concierge team. The role also involves handling luggage, assisting passengers in and out of vehicles when needed, monitoring traffic and weather conditions, and adapting plans to ensure timely arrival. The Executive Chauffeur will complete trip logs, mileage records, and basic reporting, while adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies, and representing EROAT Ghana Limited as a courteous and service-oriented professional.
Qualifications

• Strong driving skills with a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and proven experience as a professional chauffeur or driver for executives or VIP clients.
• Customer service and hospitality skills, including polite communication, client confidentiality, and a professional, people-centric approach to passenger care.
• Knowledge of Accra routes, traffic patterns, and key business and hospitality locations, with the ability to plan efficient routes and adjust schedules as needed.
• Vehicle care and basic maintenance skills, including regular inspections, cleanliness, minor troubleshooting, and timely reporting of mechanical issues.
• Time management and reliability, with the ability to manage tight schedules, multiple pickups, and last-minute changes while remaining calm and organized.
• Basic administrative and digital skills for using mobile apps, navigation tools, trip logs, and communication platforms to coordinate with the team.
• Professional appearance and demeanor, with the ability to represent EROAT Ghana Limited’s values of excellence, integrity, and sustainability.
• Minimum of a senior high school certificate or equivalent; additional training in hospitality, customer service, or defensive driving is an advantage.
