Job Summary

The Executive Assistant to the CEO is a senior-level support role responsible for providing direct strategic and operational assistance to the CEO. This includes preparing executive briefs, handling confidential tasks, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, managing high-level communications, and supporting time-sensitive projects. The role demands utmost discretion, judgment, responsiveness, and professionalism.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the CEO’s right hand in coordinating strategic activities, follow-ups, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Prepare executive summaries, decision memos, reports, and internal briefing documents.
  • Attend high-level meetings with or on behalf of the CEO and maintain detailed action logs.
  • Track tasks delegated by the CEO to internal departments and ensure completion and feedback.
  • Manage complex travel, meeting, and event logistics on behalf of the CEO.
  • Liaise with external partners, stakeholders, and government representatives as required.
  • Screen and prioritize all incoming correspondence, calls, and requests.
  • Handle highly confidential matters with tact and sound judgment.
  • Support the CEO in reviewing business proposals, project reports, and strategic documents.
  • Monitor strategic goals and deadlines set by the CEO and provide regular updates.



Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Law, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an executive support role, preferably in a corporate or government-facing organization.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex, sensitive, and confidential tasks.

Report to: CEO
Location: East Legon Hills-Katamanso

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Salary Range: GHS 10,000 – GHS 50,000
