Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and employees.
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and mail, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Coordinate and facilitate effective communication within the executive's team and across departments.
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and tracking, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are achieved.
- Monitor progress on projects and initiatives, follow up on action items, and provide status updates to the executive.
- Assist in the coordination and preparation of board meetings, including compiling materials and recording minutes.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- Adhere to professional and ethical standards, acting as a representative of the executive and the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role supporting senior management.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and other relevant software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and make independent decisions.
- Discretion and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
Education & Experience:
- A degree in business administration or related course
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
