Reporting into the Chief Revenue Officer, the Display Advertising Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end process of digital advertising campaigns. To ensure the successful execution and delivery of online advertisements, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams from sales, marketing and technology.

- Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across various platforms and channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define campaign objectives, target audience, and performance goals.
- Implement and optimize ad campaigns to maximize performance and achieve key metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of ad campaigns while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
- Manage ad trafficking, including ad tag generation, creative asset validation, and implementation of tracking pixels.
- Oversee ad inventory management, including forecasting, tracking availability, and optimizing inventory yield.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and creative implementation.
- Collaborate with the technology team to implement and test new ad technologies and features.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging ad technologies.
Team Coordination and Communication:
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, creative, and external partners to gather campaign requirements and ensure smooth execution.
- Provide guidance and support to the ad operations team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improve-ment.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and address client concerns.
- Communicate campaign updates, performance insights, and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve ad operations processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement standardized workflows and best practices to enhance campaign execution and delivery.
- Evaluate and recommend ad technology platforms, tools, and vendors to support ad operations activities.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience +- 3-5 years).
- Proven experience in digital ad operations, campaign management, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, ad servers, and ad exchanges (e.g., Google Ad Manager).
- Proficiency in ad trafficking, tag management, and troubleshooting ad-related technical issues.
- Familiarity with ad formats, targeting options, and optimization techniques across different digital channels (display, video, mobile, social, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Attention to detail, quality-focused approach, and ability to maintain accuracy in a dynamic work environment.
- Certifications in ad operations or digital advertising platforms are desirable
