We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support/Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess impeccable written and spoken English, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to perfection. In addition to linguistic proficiency, the agent must demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence and possess the ability to navigate various interpersonal situations with finesse. A fast and accurate typing speed, along with a reliable computer/laptop and high-speed internet connection, are essential for this role.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to clients, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Upsell clients while maintaining a healthy relationship
- Provide general support to team members as needed.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work 8 hours a day, 6 days a week (48 hours)
- Must be able to work night shifts
- Must have a computer/laptop with a good internet connection
- You need to be a go getter in this job and be able to handle pressure, willing to hit sales numbers and constantly learn and improve to become better.
