Job Description/Requirements

Tasks:

  • Manage case resolutions directly with our customers via emails and chats.
  • 100% result and client-oriented position.
  • Conciliations of payments on a daily basis.
  • Team player, proactive, and problem-resolver.
  • Contact directly with processors to resolve different situations.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent at least in two of the following languages:
    • English
    • Portuguese
    • Spanish
  • Good excel skills.
  • Clear Communication Skills.
