Job Summary

We are hiring a customer service/telephone handler representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.

  • Minimum Qualification:High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level:Entry level
  • Experience Length:2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in marketing and business development, with a strong track record ofsuccess.
  • Should have a Computer and stable internet connectivity.
  • Excellent Microsoft Skills(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and technologies.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve.



Pay: 1500 GHS per month for a 6-month probationary period.

2500 GHS per month for the first year.

3500 GHS per month for the second year as a loyalty bonus.
