Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Personnel to support daily logistics operations and client service. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, supervising cargo movement, and using ERP systems to ensure seamless cargo tracking and delivery processes.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the offloading of cargo and ensure proper handling.
- Assist customers during cargo pick-up processes.
- Use ERP software for cargo tracking and confirmation.
- Prepare detailed offloading reports for internal records.
- Confirm container arrivals within the system and provide timely updates.
- Oversee the delivery process from warehouse to destination.
- Provide customer feedback and updates on container arrivals.
- Confirm and input payments received upon cargo pick-up.
- Issue waybills and track dispatch documentation.
- Support the warehouse supervisor with daily logistics and administrative tasks
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
- Communication: Must be fluent in English.
- Technical Skills: Strong computing skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
- Age Limit: Not above 35 years

Location: North Industrial Area, Accra
Salary Range: GHS 1,800
