We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to provide exceptional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and assist customers with their needs while maintaining a professional and friendly attitude.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Handle customer complaints and find effective solutions to resolve issues.
  • Process orders, applications, and service requests efficiently.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support, etc.) to address customer needs.
  • Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
  • Stay updated on company products, promotions, and industry trends.


 Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software (CRM systems).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in handling complaints and conflict resolution.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
