Role Description

The Creative Designer will play a key role in conceptualizing and producing visually compelling designs for marketing and communication materials. Responsibilities include creating branding assets, graphics, and designs for print and digital media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. The Creative Designer will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to support campaigns, product packaging, digital content, and promotional materials. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Tema Metropolitan District.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in graphic design tools, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling
• Ability to conceptualize and create visuals for both digital and print media
• Strong collaboration, communication, and time-management skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Previous experience in creative design roles is an advantage
• Knowledge of agriculture or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
