Commercial Asset Mobility & Equipment Manager

About The Job
Fan Milk PLC is looking for an experienced and analytical team member to join the business as a Commercial Asset Mobility & Equipment Manager. You will be responsible for the control, productivity, maintenance, deployment, and continuous improvement of all commercial field equipment used to enable sales execution. In this role, you will report directly to the Sales Director - West Africa.
The position is a permanent position based in Accra, GHANA.
About You

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in equipment management, fleet management, automobile services, logistics operations, field service, telecom field operations, solar equipment, refrigeration/cooling equipment, construction equipment rental, or FMCG cooler/freezer management.
• Proven experience managing distributed physical assets across multiple users, locations, or branches.
• Strong experience with maintenance planning, spare parts, repair networks, supplier management, cost control, and user accountability.
• Experience with asset tracking systems, fleet systems, ERP, mobile reporting, dashboards, QR/RFID/GPS/Bluetooth tools, or structured Excel/Google Sheets systems is valuable.
• Experience in Ghanaian field conditions is highly valuable.
