Client Relationship Officer

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relationship Officer located in Accra.
• The Client Relationship Officer will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
• The role also involves assisting in financial planning, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with various teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Regularly engaging with customers and partners to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions is a key part of the role.
  

Qualification Required & Experience

• Strong Business Relationship Management skills to build and nurture client relationships
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively addressing client concerns and expectations
• Experience in Sales and the ability to identify opportunities and achieve sales targets
• Proactive problem-solving skills and detail-oriented approach
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
