We are seeking a dedicated Client Relations Officer to join our dynamic team at a leading Health & Wellness Consultancy. Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Client Support & Inquiries:

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing information about services, programs, and products.
  • Address customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer care and create positive experiences for all clients.


Client Engagement:

  • Proactively engage with clients to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Be a welcoming face to receive clients to the center by delivering personalized service with a warm smile and offering ongoing support.


Administrative Support:

  • Assist with client scheduling, program bookings, and follow-up communications.
  • Ensure all client records are up-to-date and maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
  • Support the team in managing daily operations, including processing orders, handling payments, and maintaining client databases.


Feedback & Continuous Improvement:

  • Gather client feedback to help refine and improve services, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Report common issues or concerns to management for the purpose of service enhancement.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about wellness trends, health products, and customer service best practices.



Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree (related fields preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service or a similar client-facing role, ideally within the health, wellness, or hospitality industry with focus on top executives and High Net Worth clients
  • Strong background in delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range: Competitive salary package
