Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and approach potential clients (individuals, families, small businesses) to introduce and explain our e-healthcare solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate prospective clients on the benefits, registration process, and usage of the e-healthcare platform.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sign-up targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Provide follow-up support to newly registered clients to ensure they can access services smoothly.
- Collect insights and feedback from the field to support product and service improvements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: Diploma / High School graduate.
- 1 + years of experience in sales, account management, or a related role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
