Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and ensure the Bank operates on sound commercial principles.
- Safeguard financial viability through regular analysis and cost control.
- Review the competitive environment and drive market share growth.
- Ensure compliance with Bank of Ghana and ARB Apex Bank regulations.
- Oversee recruitment, staff development, and discipline in consultation with the Board.
- Maintain effective communication across the Board, Management, and staff.
- Evaluate and manage operational and financial risks.
Qualification & Experience:
- A Second Degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration.
- A professional qualification such as ACCA, ICA (Ghana), ACIB, FCIB or equivalent.
- 10–15 years’ experience in the banking industry, including at least 5 years in senior management.
