Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential and existing customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- HND/ BSc in Marketing /Sales or related field
- 2 to 3 years’ experience
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the cellphone industry.
- In-depth knowledge of kitchenware products and market trends.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using sales and marketing software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
