Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Cashier / Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions accurately, and promoting our financial products and services.
- Minimum Qualification : High School (S.S.C.E)
- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their transaction needs.
- Process financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each workday, ensuring accuracy in all records.
- Assist customers in opening new accounts and updating existing account information.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Promote and clearly explain available products and services to customers.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all customer and company information.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Senior High School Certificate (SHS).
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a cashier or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
- A team player with a high level of integrity and attention to detail.
