Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products or services
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals
- Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer feedback in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle objections and turn “no” into “yes” with persuasive communication
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and improve performance
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and market trends
- Provide excellent customer service before and after the sale
