Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily business operations.
- Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory, and supply chain activities.
- Ensure timely execution of contracts, purchase orders, and client deliveries.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain vendor relationships.
- Support tender preparation and contract implementation.
- Develop and improve operational processes and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
- Supervise operations, procurement, logistics, and administrative staff.
- Prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.
- Recommend initiatives to improve operational effectiveness and profitability.
- Ensure smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination from inquiry to order fulfilment.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and best practices.
- Incorporating new technology, operating systems and business processes when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 year's experience in operations, procurement, logistics, or business management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.
