Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Aiding in the management of a creche facility:
- Tracking staff clock-in and clock-out.
- Tracking children's attendance and health.
- Maintaining good relationships with parents.
- Maintaining varied reports on school shop and external shops.
- Maintaining varied reports on the school farm and external sales.
- Conducting daily inspections of work sites and presenting a close of day report on the state of the facilities.
- Drafting marketing proposals to boost the sales on all business fronts and executing said plans with managements support.
- Tracking staff submissions of close of day reports.
- Maintaining strict supervision of all workers and communicating observed issues promptly for solutions .
Preference given to those who:
- Can Drive
- Have Managed workers
- Speak French and/or Chinese
NB: Residence in Madina-Adenta-Oyarifa and preferred.
