Job summary
We are hiring a Business Development Manager (B2B Software – Revenue & Sales) to own revenue generation end-to-end for our custom software and SaaS solutions. This is a closing role. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, running demos, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing paying customers. Success is measured in signed contracts, revenue collected, and deals closed — not leads, impressions, or partnerships alone

Core Responsibilities (Non-Negotiable)
- Own monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Prospect and qualify B2B customers (schools, businesses, HR teams, hotels)
- Run product demos and needs assessments
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and solution recommendations
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Manage and report on sales pipeline and forecasts
- Convert pilots and trials into paid contracts
- Work closely with the Founder on deal strategy and pricing
- Provide market feedback to product and delivery teams
What You Will Be Selling
- Filly Edu: School management & administration software for schools and institutions
- Filly HR: HR, payroll, performance & workforce management software for businesses
- Hotesoft: Hotel management software for hotels, resorts, and hospitality groups
These are high-value B2B solutions requiring consultative selling — not transactional sales.
Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years experience in B2B software sales or business development
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
- Experience selling SaaS or custom software solutions
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Comfortable engaging decision-makers (CEOs, directors, administrators)
- Self-starter mindset with high ownership and accountability
Strongly Preferred
- Experience selling to schools, enterprises, or hospitality businesses
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales pipelines
- Experience working in startup or growth-stage environments
- Ability to manage long and medium sales cycles

- Multiple demos delivered weekly
- First closed contracts and revenue collected
- Clear sales playbook and repeatable closing process
