Job Summary
A North American Multinational travel Solutions provider requires Business Development Executives to market and sell high value travel packages to customers in the US and Canada. This includes but not limited to flights, resorts stay, Caribbean Cruises, Car Rental and an all-Inclusive vacation stay.

Job Description/Requirements
- Conduct high-conversion closing calls using approved scripts and sales frameworks.
- Present travel package service benefits clearly to drive customer commitment.
- Address customer objections, provide solutions, and move calls toward a successful close.
- Understand customer needs and design a tailormade travel package
- Ensure all customer questions are answered professionally and accurately.
- Maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude during every interaction.
- Meet or exceed monthly and weekly sales targets
- Accurately update CRM systems with call notes, customer details, and deal status.
- Work closely with team leaders to optimize workflow and lead utilization.
- Participate in team meetings and training to improve closing performance
- Successful Candidates must be over 29 years to 40 with a Minimum of a Bachelor’sDegree or HND educational qualification.
- Have a successful track record in Sales and Marketing with a minimum of 5 years direct sales and marketing
- Candidates who do not met this requirement shall not be considered.
- This role is specifically for an ON SITE JOB BASED IN ACCRA in a Contact Center with all transactions being done in a digital call center environment
- We work from Monday to Friday from 1:30PM to 10:00PM only.
