Job Summary

We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven and experienced Branch Managers to join our team.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- As a representative of management in the branch, successful applicants must be able to drive the company’s vision, mission, and core values within their domain.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet the branch monthly and annual production (cases and premiums) targets.
- Regular business development activities to create opportunities for the salesforce to sell
- Ability to conduct market research and do competitor analysis for effective sales territory management.
- Promote the brand and drive business growth in the branch
- Champion recruitment, training and development of Sales Executives in the branch to help Sales Managers meet sales budgets.
- Effective performance monitoring, supervision and sales direction
- Effective coordination with the various units in the branch and the departments in head office for the overall performance of the branch
- Regular team meetings, performance reviews and appraisals of staff and the salesforce.
- Ensure business regulatory and internal controls compliance as well as the safety and welfare of staff and properties.
- Timely and quality reporting
Skills and competencies required:
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in similar role (life insurance) or five (5) years as a life insurance Sales Manager with remarkable sales track record.
- Diploma Certificate in Insurance will be an added advantage
- Ability to manage a large sales team with little supervision to consistently achieve sales targets for business growth.
- Good presentation, interpersonal, communication and coordination skills.
- Effective team player, good people management and emotional intelligence skills.
- Proficient in sales strategy design, execution and performance control.
- Solid in data analysis, forecasting and strategic decision making (thinking) skills.
- Ability to research, network, build relationships and broker sales deals with business/corporate leaders.
- Proficiency in computer software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
