A reputable financial institution is seeking to hire young, smart, and dynamic person as branch manager.The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following: Will oversee developing the branch to increase sales, profitability, market share and customer satisfaction.He/ She will drive the formulation and implementation of strategies, plans and programs for the delivery of the institution’s products targeted at customers and generate revenues.Generate new revenue opportunities from existing & prospective customers in all market segments.Provide customers with solutions that leverage a full range of the Bank’s products & services.Profile customers, conversion of incomplete records and providing market insights for strategic initiatives.Responsible for the drive for deposit mobilization and enhance profitability.Prepare presentations and other marketing materials. Requirement A minimum First Degree or relevant professional qualificationMust have at least 5 years banking experience in Retail/Business BankingMust have knowledge of Credit or Risk ManagementMust have knowledge of banking operations, products & servicesMust have knowledge of banking structure, policies, and proceduresKnowledge of Regulatory ComplianceMust be a good team manager.
