Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Branch Manager to ensure that sales goals are met and office tasks are completed successfully in a timely manner. Branch Managers are also responsible for monitoring sales and creating sales reports, training and managing staff, and asking clients for feedback.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Providing effective leadership to the o branch through the demonstration of a high sense of Professionalism, due skill and care, profound integrity in the management of the Bank’s resources, and performance of duties
- Support ensuring service operations and implementation procedures are consistent with corporate objectives, regulatory requirements, and general operating or international standards.
- Developing new deposit and loan business.
- Providing a superior level of customer relations.
- Promoting the sales and service culture through guidance and staff motivation.
- Achieving individual and branch targets through new business sales, referrals, and retention of account relationships.
- Assists the MF and Credit Staff in ensuring that the Bank’s operations and implementation procedures are consistent with its corporate objectives and policies.
- Provide in-house and recommend external training concerning best practices in Credit Administration, Finance/Treasury Management, and business development relating to the banking industry.
- Reviewing Monthly financial reports before submission to the Head Office.
- Ensuring the timely submission of weekly/monthly reports to the appropriate receiving authorities
- Developing Loans and other innovative service products in consultation with the Credit team.
- Setting performance standards for staff at the branch for each calendar year
- Objectively appraising the performance of subordinates and advice on staff development needs.
- Establishing and maintaining fruitful professional relationships with customers, business partners, competitors etc, to promote the business of the Bank, advancing the vision of the Bank, and also ensuring the adoption and adaptation of best practices
- Representing the company internally and externally at all levels of business engagement upon Head Office's approval–especially in Business Development and promotion issues. etc.
Qualification &Experience:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, Business Administration, Microfinance Management, Credit Management, and or member of a Recognized Professional Body.
- Minimum of four (4) years’ work experience, two (2) of which should be in a supervisory role.
- Practical knowledge of microfinance operations.
- Ability to plan, organize, direct, and coordinate events from conception to delivery.
- Must demonstrate a high sense of professionalism, diligence, and integrity.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- T24 Banking Software skills.
