Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall operations of the branch
- Provide technical support to loan and Savings officers at the branch.
- Report on branch and staff performance to CEO
- Help field tellers and loan officers to meet their individual targets.
- Help in loan recovery and pre disbursement activities.
Requirements:
- At least HND or Degree from a recognized tertiary institution
- At least 2 years experience in Credit Management, and Branch Operations.
- Excellence presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is relevant.
- The ability to drive with a Driving license is an added advantage.
Salary Range: Ghc2000-3000
Location: Greater Accra and Kumasi Region
Employment Type: Full Time
