Job Description/Requirements
Process high volume of billings monthly and accurately
Ensure that billing processes and procedures are followed according to established client specific guidelines
Maintain a complete and accurate job docket
Close jobs in timely manner
Investigate any unusual findings in WIP
Inform Client Finance Manager of any potential write offs
Provide and respond to billing queries
Ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced workplace
Adaptability to build relationships and work well with Client service and Client Finance Team
Prepare correcting journal entries and WIP transfers
Files Purchase orders, Estimates, client invoices and other related back up paperwork
Other duties as assigned to meet business need
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Accounting
2+ years experience working in Billings preferably within SAP
Experience working in Advertising Agency an asset
Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
Proficient in MS Office Suite
