We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Video Production Assistant to support the production of live and recorded lottery draw broadcasts. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for media production and strong technical and organizational skills. The successful candidate will assist in the preparation, filming, editing, and broadcasting of lottery draw videos, ensuring high-quality visual and audio output that reflects the integrity and excitement of our lottery brand.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for live and pre-recorded lottery draws.
- Support the technical director or production manager during live broadcasts.
- Operate video equipment, manage recordings, and ensure smooth video playback.
- Perform basic video editing and post-production tasks using industry-standard software.
- Maintain production equipment and manage video files and archives.
- Ensure visual branding and production quality meet company standards.
- Collaborate with presenters, draw managers, and compliance teams during filming.
- Help ensure all broadcast activities are completed on schedule and without technical error.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Media Production, Film/TV Production, Broadcasting, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in video production, broadcasting, or studio support preferred.
- Familiarity with professional video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines during live events.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Team player with a proactive and flexible attitude.
- Basic editing or file management knowledge is an asset.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the draw schedule.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in live broadcast or live event production.
- Knowledge of visual storytelling and content creation for social media.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Creative eye for framing, lighting, and audio quality.
