We are seeking an energetic and capable administrative secretary to assist us with office administration. In this role, you will be responsible for processing documents, maintaining databases, and liaising with the public. You may also be required to manage office supplies and with an accounting background.
- Minimum Qualification: HND
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 3 years
Job Description/Requirements
- Entering daily expenditure of the company in excel and accounting software
- Updating on daily stock
- Updating on weekly general expenditure in excel
- Getting data ready for quarterly returns
- Working hand in hand with the company administrator and auditor of the company
- Strong knowledge in excel and MS office
- Should be staying around Weija, Kasoa area or not far
- Use of accounting software an advantage
- A diploma in accounting with 3-year experience
Location: Should be staying around Weija, Mallam junction, Kasoa or not too far
